In January of 2007, James and Renee Ingram combined their ambitions and ideas together to open a business that could serve their community, as well as enable Renee to expand her creativity in graphic design. The outcome is the opening of The Copy Shop in the Falls Retail Plaza of Tri City. Customers can also find us on the web at www.TheCopyShop.org.
The Copy Shop is located at 910 NW 32nd Street; on the south side of SH 37, across from Sonic in the Tri City area. The Copy Shop will be open 7 days a week: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and open on Sunday afternoons by appointment; allowing customers an opportunity to complete their projects locally without having to drive to Norman or Oklahoma City for copy/print/fax services. Other services include business cards, self inking stamps, flyers, resumes, labels, newsletters, postcards, posters, oversized blueprint copies, large paper banners for celebrations, announcements and invitations for graduations, weddings, baby arrivals and parties. Finishing services include: lamination, binding, folding, and stapling. We also have WiFi Internet access and Shipping Services with FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS stamps.
The Copy Shop is involved already in the local community as a member of the local Chamber of Commerces in the Tri City area to include: Newcastle, Blanchard and Tuttle, Oklahoma. The Copy Shop also is a participant in the Shop With A Cop Fundraiser to assist local children in hardship situations.
Renee has a Masters Degree in Management and Administration with a minor in Journalism and Advertising. Renee worked for the Edmond Sun Newspaper where she gained experience with advertising layout and design. In 2001, Renee worked for Kinkos as a Computer Service Technician and gained a great deal knowledge and philosophy in customer service. Renee is also a certified Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma.
James and Renee are residents of Newcastle and have long family ties here in the Tri City area. James is employed with the City of Newcastle Police Department as a Sergeant and previously with the Tuttle Police Department. Renee continues as a Cleveland County Reserve Deputy Sheriff.

Milestones in our First Year of Business includes:
January - Began mailout advertising in the middle of the Winter Ice Storms.
Delay of store opening from 1/1/07 to 1/25/07 due to winter storms by
not allowing parking lot to be paved. 
February - Ribbon Cutting with Chamber of Commerce supporters.
Shipping services with FedEx as an Authorized Shipping Center began.
March - Sherry joined the production team.
April - began newpaper advertising.

June - Shipping services with UPS daily pickup began.
On 6/1/2007, our business experienced it's first burglary. Evidence collected at the scene include burglar's blood droplets for DNA testing; fingerprints from the register area and video.
July - The Newcastle Chamber of Commerce designated THE COPY SHOP as the SPOTLIGHT BUSINESS of the MONTH for JULY. The Newcastle Pacer recognized award on 8/8/07.

Business of the Month The Copy Shop, located at 910 North West 32nd Street in Tri-City in Newcastle, was selected at the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce' business of the month for July. August - Back To School - Supply lists promoted really paid off to the website traffic visit counts.
September - State Fair really pays off for customers who came in and made business cards and flyers to hand out at their booths.
October - Pumpkin Fest in Tri City was a success.
November - We have alot to be thankful for. Shipping season is here ...
December - Very successful SHIPPING SEASON. Winter storms on the way tho ... to end our 1st year in business in 2007.
